Spaghetti with Sauteed Chicken and Grape Tomatoes

Adapted from Skinny Taste.
Tonight's meal was light and delicious!  First thing's first: I diced two chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes and seasoned them with salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon (each) of dried oregano and dried basil.  I also started to cook 8 ounces of whole wheat angel hair, sliced 2 cups of grape tomatoes in half, chopped 4 tablespoons of fresh basil, smashed and coarsely chopped 6 cloves of garlic.
Then I sprayed a skillet (heated to high heat) with cooking spray and cooked the chicken for about 3-4 minutes, until it was no longer pink.  Then I removed it and set it aside, added 4 teaspoons of olive oil and sauteed the garlic until golden brown, and then added the tomatoes and a bit more salt and pepper and sauteed for 4-5 minutes.
I drained the pasta, added it to the cooked tomato/garlic mixture and tossed it  Then I added the chicken and basil and mixed well.  I served it with some grated Parmesan cheese on top and voila!  This was really delicious.
It was only 329.7 calories and only $2.48/serving!  Yay!
Here's the recipe!!

2 skinless chicken breast halves, diced into 1 inch cubes
cooking spray
1/2 teaspoon (each) dried oregano and dried basil
kosher salt and fresh pepper
8 ounces whole wheat angel hair
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
6 cloves garlic, smashed and coarsely chopped
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Happy cooking everyone!!!!
